Dream Maker Cycle

  1. 1. Dream Student

    The member will have access and begin participating in a series of workshops on a variety of issues regarding his/her immigrant identity, self esteem, building, career planning, and community involvement. The member will be offered a mentorship program to work toward his/her dream.Butterfly

  2. 2. Dream Participant

    ButterflyThe member will be introduced and officially a part of the IDC program including all the services, activities and support offered. As a participant, the member will be required to make a commitment to his/her journey to achieve a dream.

  3. 3. Dream Fellow

    ButterflyAfter the member has completed MEP and made significant steps towards his/her dream, he/she will be invited to give back to new participants by becoming a teacher, facilitator, and peer mentor.

  4. 4. Dream Maker

    ButterflyThe final phase of the Dream Maker Cycle is making the dream come true. At this stage, the graduate gives back to the community as an active participant in MEP, as a teacher and mentor to new members.
